Artist's Description
This photo was taken at the southern-most city boundary of Folsom, California in February of 2020 prior to all the construction of new homes, business, schools, etc. at Folsom Ranch. Folsom Ranch is located south of Highway 50 and E. Bidwell Street and it is a 3,585-acre master planned community with thousands of new homes, new schools. new hospital, and two retail projects called Southpointe at Folsom Ranch and The Shops at Folsom Ranch. If you go to this same exact location now, you will already see hundreds of new homes and the vast open fields are no longer empty.

Shane Kelly has always been interested in photography. Using a professional high resolution digital SLR camera, he specializes in outdoor portraiture utilizing natural light.
